One of the moderators and I had a disscussion on figs the other day during which to my surprize I learned that they grow profussly in Houston (which I should have known). At any rate I ran across some classy menues for figs in bonappetit which you lucky Houstonians(?) might try without spending a fortune on the poor immitations that are available in our supermarkets up here in Buffalo.
