Rabbit litter ok for composting? Empty

Does anyone know if it is safe to toss the whole litter box contents from our pet rabbit into my compost heap? We use either shredded pine or paper as the base for the litter box.

For veggies, Rabbit litter yes, it is great.

Cat and dog 'waste' NO, might have pests harmfulto humans.
